If you’d like, you can also include your phone number and we can set up a time to chat about you and what’s going on with you and whether I think I can help.

Prospective/New clients:

Please contact me by phone or email. I will call you back (usually within a few hours—1 business day at most) and we can discuss what’s going on for you and whether we want to schedule an initial session. Online scheduling is only available after your initial session.

Established/Returning clients:

You can schedule by phone/text or email—or you can book online here.

Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled online at least 24 hours before the time of the appointment. Please give me at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment (more time is better). Thank you!
